For a leading international company active in the industrial and materials sector, we are currently
looking for three Senior Talent Acquisition Officers to strengthen the recruitment team.

Position Overview
We are seeking experienced recruiters who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes within a complex industrial environment. The roles focus on blue-collar and/or white-collar recruitment, depending on the assignment.
Open Roles
1. Senior Recruiter – Blue & White Collar + Young Graduate Programs
- Combination of blue-collar and white-collar recruitment
- Involvement in young graduate hiring programs
- Flexible site presence (primary location Hoboken)
2. Senior Recruiter – Blue Collar Focus
- Strong focus on blue-collar recruitment
- Primary location: Hoboken
3. Senior Recruiter – Blue & White Collar Recruitment
- Combination role
- Flexible site presence (primary location Hoboken)
The main work location is Hoboken (Antwerp), with occasional presence required at the Olen site
(one of the roles requires regular travel to Olen).
Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer handling)
- Recruit both blue-collar and/or white-collar profiles
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders
- Use testing tools and ATS systems (SuccessFactors preferred)
- Ensure high-quality candidate experience and process follow-up
- Operate independently with minimal supervision
Profile & Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience as a Recruiter
- (Experience as HRBP, HR Officer, Sales, Coach, etc. is not considered sufficient)
- Strong experience in blue-collar and white-collar recruitment
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is highly preferred
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and operational mindset
- Able to work autonomously
- Experience with testing tools and ATS systems (SuccessFactors is a plus)
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
